1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
In-Stock Products

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-Made & Backordered Products

Products requiring manufacturing, customization, or currently out of stock may require a production lead time of 10–15 business days before shipment.

For our valued distributors, wholesalers, and repeat customers, Laiza Instruments offers inventory management solutions. We can maintain dedicated stock for customers to ensure faster order fulfillment and reduced delivery times.

2. Delivery Estimates

Laiza Instruments partners with trusted international courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to provide secure and timely worldwide delivery.

USA & North America: 3–5 Business Days
Europe & United Kingdom: 4–6 Business Days
Middle East & Asia: 4–7 Business Days
Rest of the World: 5–7 Business Days

For large-volume orders, we also offer Air Cargo and Sea Freight shipping options upon customer request.

3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their local customs authorities.

Laiza Instruments is not liable for shipment delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.

4. Lost Shipments & Insurance Claims

Although shipping issues are rare, packages may occasionally be delayed or lost while in transit.

Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact your local courier office first to determine whether the package is being held for customs clearance or delivery processing.

Lost Shipments

If the courier confirms that the package has been lost, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We will assist you with the insurance claim process and arrange a replacement shipment where applicable.

Claim Deadline

All claims regarding lost shipments must be submitted within 21 days (3 weeks) from the expected delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for insurance coverage, and Laiza Instruments will not be responsible for replacement or compensation.
